Hi, I’m Jules
I’ve been a degree-qualified naturopath for over 20 years.
I’m also a mentor, podcaster and international speaker, having appeared on stage for many of the big companies and associations.
Fatigue, gut health and mental health have always been my special interests. Then, a few years ago… a diagnosis of ADHD sent me down a new rabbit hole, and now I run an 8-week training course called Adult ADHD for Practitioners.
I’m now undertaking postgraduate studies in mental health and neuroscience through Sunshine Coast University. (So I LOVE a good evidence-based nerd-out!)
I also have extensive experience in:
